On the Balcony in Summer Air

Everyday is a busy day when you're a college student... I guess.

There's bound to be homework: either Mr. John's not-so-overwhelming Maths or Mrs. Tina's note-making.

One fine afternoon, Caryn, Chieh, WaiYan and I went to Gossip for lunch.

The fruits that came with the RM 9.90 set lunch. This is the 3-persons portion.

For RM 9.90, you get a main course (BBQ chicken rice, curry fish fillet rice, dry curry mee etc), a cup of iced peach tea or iced lemon tea, and a plate of fruits.

And the portion is big, tastes good too. ^^

Oh yea, students got 10% discount. At the row of shops opposite the Pos Laju office near KL Sentral, walk a little further then you'll see it.

Right, apart from all the food-tasting... there was the carnival for under-privileged kids, who are actually refugees. So, there was some communication problem.

Last minute preparations in the morning...

The fishes from Yui's group. Quite a lot of them died in the morning before the carnival started. Damn cruel, dealing with life and death here ok?

Surprisingly, this game was one of the most popular one in the carnival: catching as many fishes as you can using a tissue net.

Haiz... children nowadays...

The candies from the Pick-a-Sweet game, which was unsuccessful 'cause we had problems explaining to the kids the rules of the game.

The gameboard for Hoop-a-Prize. The kids love it 'cause it was so colourful, thanks to LuhSan and her sister's efforts in colouring it.

See... she loves it. Told ya kids like it~

Bernard's game booth, Hit da Target. They use humans as the targets, so violent. Rated 18SG, not for kids. Alvin and Bernard wanted us to hit the guys' nuts, pity these people...

Went to the Pets @ Monorail carnival at the monorail station beside college and guess who we saw there?

I think I saw the Angkasawan on earth...

Looks like Sheikh Muszaphar with a snake...

Holy snake the broken nose of Michael Jackson and bones of Elvis Presley it's Sheikh Muszaphar!! Eh, he's damn handsome lo...

He has a driver, the driver drove his Proton Perdana to the entrance. Written at the bottom of the car door was: Angkasawan Negara aka National Astronaut. On the seat beside the driver, there were his shirts and blazer... and the windows were tinted!!

Fuyoh... that's what you get for flying in the space station.

He waved at Chieh and I when he left... bwahahaha.

Chieh, I and some of the kids.

Oh and I found one picture from Orientation Camp...

YiTing, Esther Lian, Adeline, Yui, Esther Siah, Xing-Yun, me, WaiYan and Chieh in my tent. Erm, Adeline, YiTing and my tent. Haha. Ain't we cute?
