Hash Brown aka China-ASEAN #9

Lesson learned: Never let Damien cook.

A heavenly food fit for God --- hash brown, could be transformed into something nauseating by him.

Brian and I vomitted out the 'thing'.
He sat there and ate the whole plate, with chilli sauce. EWWWW~!!

Food in China better than that lo...

We went to St. Sophia Cathedral, a Russian Orthodox church.

It was a church, now an architecture museum, a tourist spot and a hot spot for couples to take their wedding photos.

Isn't it just majestic?

Grazioso, as the Italians say.

Am I in China or am I teleported to Europe?

The architecture is Russian, due to the settlement of the Russians a few hundred years back.

Oriental and Western, I like that combination.

It's really grand and kinda quaint, in a way.

I like it there (send me back to Harbin, please).

Since it's a hot spot for wedding photos, it should be a hot spot for model photo shots too.

The 'stupid' people had the idea of modelling first.

Wow! Look at that thing in the sky... it's a flying baboon!!

Stuuuupid.

Then, we started modelling too.

Ms. Dini and the Bruneians~

The hunk-a-licious Bruneians... and Ms. Dini's leg.

Ramzi was all about the sexiness~

Then, they had to give way to the Singaporeans.

Ms. Chan is Singapore's Next Top Model (she's already Ms. Singapore so... yea)~!!

Well erm... consolation prizes for JR and my Mr. Macho LinBing.

Octo and I are very modest. We didn't want to strut our stuff in public (afraid that we'll stun all the guys XD).

But since the guys insisted...

See if anyone can beat the beauty queens from Malaysia~

My apologies, if my perasan-ness stirred up any of your green pools of envy...

Everyone is beautiful, k? No need to fret.

On the bus, Suzan said, "Alright, now we're going to Central Avenue for shopping --"

"SHOPPING! OH YEA~!!!"

And the bus jerked to a stop 'cause Fify, Ramzi, Octo and I were screaming and jumping like mad, which caused the inbalance of the bus.

Joking.

Didn't do much photo-taking 'cause we're busy shopping. But both Octo and I thought this was cute and kinda French-like~

Bought most of the souvenirs for my buddies there, 'cause the things sold are cute beyond words and the prices are reasonable.

Octo and her mom bought clothes in Guiyang and Kaili like mad already. Thousand spent 239 yuan on a shirt in Guiyang (wakakakaka... serve him right for not checking the price tag first).

I didn't buy anything for myself yet.

Went to a few shops. Bought one pair of shorts from Samuel & Kevin, 79 yuan only ok. Summer is ending and they're selling summer clothes for a dirt cheap price man...

Then it was lunch~

Ran around in the hotel (you don't expect us to sleep during free time, do you).

And we had to go to attend the closing ceremony of the Cartoon Week.

My VIP pass.

Told you we're honoured guests.

Wow.

WOW.

You see the Chinese characters there?

It's actually people sitting there with coloured shirts. How organised.

Logically, it's gonna take 1 hour for them to start, so let's camwhore.

The radiant rose among the strangely charming torns.

The 'stupid' people... without David and Budi~

Omg we're hot...

Even the guys behind us feel the heat...

By the way, I like that hat.

And the ceremony finally started.

Woo... zombie pandas (according to Wafiy)~

We got bored and tired already.

Despite the speakers were just on our right.

The sight of this baby (the car, not the guy) woke me up.

Red convertibles turn me on. ^^

Later on, we had dinner with the Deputy Minister of Education.

It's a big banquet. The best food we had.

It's good to be a VIP.
