Forget SiChuan

Yes, forget SiChuan.

The trip has been delayed and delayed and DELAYED due to the flood or something else.

But that doesn't mean I can't go to China.

3rd China-ASEAN High School Students Summer Workshop is gonna be held in Guiyang, Beijing and Harbin, from 25th of July till 5th of August.

Beijing (Olympics muahaha) and Harbin (one of the places I must go before I die)!!!

Next Friday till first Tuesday of August, 12 days!!

4 participants from each ASEAN member country, 1 official and 3 high school students!!

FOC.

FOC..

FOC...

FOC!!!!!

Aaaaaaaaaaaaarrrrrrgggggggggghhhhhhhhh!!!

I AM GOING!!!

Programmes include visiting the Forbidden City, the Summer Palace and...

You're not gonna believe this.

But yet again, you will, I think.

What trip to China can be complete without climbing the Great Wall, one of the 7 Wonders of the New World.

Oh, did I mention that dinner (for that one day only, of course) is the famous Beijing roast duck?

I went to renew my passport this morning.

While waiting for the passport to be ready, went to have breakfast at a mamak stall. That guy cut my roti planta macam it insulted his mom like that, PANG PANG PANNNNGGGG!!!

Rushed back to school, didn't intend on taking the Bio paper. Yen and Xia cornered me like I'm Anwar and questioned me like the police questioning Anwar.

Cathleen, this is for you!!

Cath I know you don't like people to publicize about you but I just HAVE to do this.

Since chances are minute that I can get you a nice handbag or dress from Juicy Couture.

Happy sweet 17, you can finally go learn how to drive.

Scribbled that on my Chem question paper.

Along with:

Some Italian, French and English quotes...

My rotten French, was practising the European languages I know...

I know the picture is blur, it says: Nom de nom! Vous ne sais quoi la amore!

I don't even know whether is my grammar correct. But the meaning is quite obvious, right?

My elementary Latin: Carpe diem, memento mori.

My broken Italian, but so much better than my French and Latin.

Foxtrot, e spirituoso et grazioso danza.

Wait... I don't even think it's pure Italian, I think I wrote some Spanish in there...

Whatever.

Vandalism is bad. But I ran out of paper to doodle on.

I eyed the table maliciously. It quivered (don't ask me why a table feels fear).

Table: What is that look you got in your eyes? Stop looking at me like that.
Chery: But... you're so clean... and blue.
Table: No! Don't do this to me, I've been good, I have 4 equal-length legs, I don't shake around.
Chery: That doesn't change anything (puts lead on table surface).
Table: No!!!!!

Drops of Jupiter by Train. Super nice song.

I've been waiting for this so long.

Scholastic Books delivered it yesterday and I'm so so so happy.

The stories are so so so good, with masters of chic-lit like Cecily von Ziegesar (Gossip Girls) and Melissa de la Cruz (The Ashleys).
