Since director Ang Lee won the Oscar for Best Director or something, and his recent film, "Brokeback Mountain" won an Oscar or Oscars, a 'Brokeback Mountain Fever' has affected us all. Although it's restricted in Malaysia, people here knew about it and began to feel the 'fever'.
Most of the schools here are co-ed, there are quite little girl schools and boy schools. Famous girl schools include Methodist Girl School (MGS, aka Monkey Girl School, Malaysia's Gossip School, Malaysia's Good School, Malaysia's Gambling School) and Pudu Girl School (aka Pig Girl School, I heard from a friend of mine, who's studying there).
Famous boy schools are Victoria Institute (VI, aka Very Intelligent, Various Idiots, Very Important, Very Independant, Very Incoporative) and Methodist Boy School (MBS, aka Monkey Boy School, Malaysia's Best School, Malaysia's Boring School, Most Boring School and a very nasty one, which I would prefer to hide it).
These schools listed, among us co-ed-school-normal-students, are called 'lesbian school' and 'gay school' (no offense, alright?). Rumours have it that since "Brokeback Mountain" was heard throughout the globe, the 'lesbians' and 'gays' in those schools are starting to unveil their so-called forbidden love.
But, alas, those are rumours. Don't take it too serious, okay? Just rumours among us little innocent teens (yea, quite 'innocent').
Yesterday during tuition, our english teacher asked us to perform a drama. The first idea or rather called, inspiration that came to mind was ---- non other than the famous "Brokeback Mountain". (We are really very creative teens......)
Cool? Scary? Oh-my-gosh kind of feeling after reading this? I don't think you will feel that way, it's very common nowadays. Sometimes, when I spot a handsome hunk in the mall, it really hurts me deep when I saw he was girlish and being real close to another guy, just like couples.
Just pray these will cease.
Ang Lee!!!!! You will pay!!!!!
