Just a few weeks ago I talked about retail therapy. Now I'm gonna tell you about the wonders of food therapy.
The Sunday before the last one, we celebrated Aunt Jennifer and dad's birthday at Dragon-i with my oldest uncle and aunt.
I only like their XiuLongPao, dumplings and handmade LaMian. Their other dishes are average. Can get better ones outside at a cheaper price. But, since mommy's the one paying, she's the one to make the decision.
Then on last Wednesday, my last Wednesday at work, Edmund came to have lunch with me at Musa Fashion & Cafe. We wanted to try their RM13 set lunches.
His chicken rendang wrapped in Lebanese bread.
My spaghetti bolognaise. Looks very little, but very filling.
Those were the choices for Wednesday's menu. Friday's the best, penne in creamy carbonara or chicken pie with mashed potatoes. All set lunches are served with iced lemon tea.
Then on last Saturday, joined some of those from the drama gang in Times Square for Nicole's farewell.
My bitch is going to Aussieland soon. 10th to be exact. It's difficult to meet up during CNY, what with all the 'balik kampung's and relative-visiting, so we decided to meet up earlier.
I wonder when's the next time we can sit together and joke noisily like that. We certainly made it clear to the waiters that we're the customers from hell. Well, at least Nicole did.
The woman acted like she's the boss of the restaurant. Her China-aunty accent saying, "Allo." Then picking up the sauce bowl, showing the empty side to the waiter saying, "Refill." During intervals, there was food-gasm, and us saying, "It feels like missionary/69/cowgirl in my mouth."
The best part was us bullying Gracie, consequently making her scream "I'M ORGASMING." The way people look at her after that... lol, priceless.
Ah. I miss us.
P/S: Bought shoes from Vincci on Sunday and my retail therapy has come to an end. I feel satisfied, happy, rapture, light, in cloud nine. Wee~
Happy Chinese New Year to all =)
