I like rule no. 5 and rule no. 11.
Reminds me of my 14/35 marks essay. How it broke my heart *ouch*. For an article, mine looks more like a narrative essay. Hence, the marks.
When I write something, I try to let emotions take over. Let sorrow or rapture control my hands and weave a tale that can make the reader laugh or weep, along with me at the backstage.
Some friends think I could write better than them because I master the language well.
Actually, that's not the truth. I do badly in grammar exercises than most of them, and my vocabulary list is a thousand times shorter than all of theirs.
For me, to write a good essay, you have to let go off the pen and let your opinions, thoughts and feelings grasp it, and let it do whatever they want.
