Eating makes me happy. Eating sweet things makes me happier. And high.
I hopped into Uncle PohYen's Camry. I love Camry. I shall own a Camry.
We reached Muar after 2 hours+, had asam fish for lunch.
Knew them since they were babies, now they're 11! I'm growing old so fast.
The adults can eat a lot. They like the asam fish. We, the kononnya kids, thought it tasted weird.
Went to dump our luggages in the bungalow.
The best part of the day...
The only guy who seemed to enjoy it was Damien ("Dad, I want that pair, and this pair, or maybe this colour.").
Maybe Jared did enjoy. Some experiment on eye contact landed him in the attention of a Malay girl, who looks like a Chinese and is hot.
It was kinda entertaining, getting news updates from Jared about how the girl stole glances at him and tried to find out about him (so perasan, maybe he's just being honest).
Went back to the bungalow. Whilst waiting to use the bathroom, Jared fed us with grandmother stories of girls and how he get them.
Without knowing his mom was in the bathroom.
Was kinda pissed off with Jared's statement about girls shouldn't be smart. Women should stay home and take care of their kids instead of working.
And he even wondered why do girls get education.
That stirred the sleeping feminist in me. We were planning to debate once we get back to the bungalow. The plan was disrupted by 'I Know What You Did Last Summer' because we were blood thirsty.
Went to the local church. Pastor very bersemangat. Scared me.
After lunch, went to Grandma's home. The group of people were sorta amazed by Grandma's place. I wonder why.
They bought Grandma's homemade kuih kapek. Auntie Gladys bought 8 tins of them.
Ever wonder why the journey back home seems longer? I'm still looking for the answer.
P/S: I just finished a short story. Do read it if you have the time. ^^
