We were confabulating about some psychological defense system (you can't possibly expect me to remember some scientific terms, can you) when I became a character of one of his examples (or rather, jokes).
He said, "Someone wants to tackle Chery but she wants high quality men. Must be tall, handsome, Add Maths, Bio, Physics and Chemistry must be 90 marks and above..."
Wow... how did he know that (the 4 subjects thing is not that accurate la, 70% and above already very good)??!!
He added, "Must be well-built also, basketball player--"
"No! Football player!!" I said, and added Fernando Torres to the list. I heard some guy scoffed, "Ceh... Liverpool..."
Hey, Liverpool is good ok?? Not only you masculine homo sapiens got taste in sports, we feminine ones also got good taste.
Alright, anyway, yea I was cavorting in KLCC yesterday.
Cousin Gaby and her husband, Mr. Alvin (not the one who went to Singapore la) said they purposely rented a gold BMW to drive me around KL.
Yea right, as if I don't know it actually belongs to cousin Shally's husband.
We had breakfast in The Pavilion, at the Crystal Jade Kitchen.
The food and Mr. Alvin holding my MP3.
After detailed calculation (I always have my Casio Scientific calculator when I go out shopping), I found that they charge you RM 1.75 per fried dumpling (the brown ones on the plate).
I like the porridge (or is it called congee). Usually I prefer it thick, because watery porridge doesn't possess the smooth texture. The one I had yesterday morning was near perfect, not too thick, not too watery.
But beware, RM 8.80 per bowl (that's the price excluding the taxes). Told you I'm kinda frugal.
We walked around The Pavilion and I was agog at the vicissitude of shops there. The best thing was... there's a Juicy Couture boutique!!

Hail Juicy Couture!!
Another thing I like about The Pavilion is... they have this huge mirror at the end of the basins in the toilets. You could see your whole self there and I took the chance to do what I do best.
Camwhore.
No pictures XP.
Cousin Gaby and I soon realised that we had to sell a second hand Myvi to afford 5 attires from Parkson in The Pavilion. Once again, I told myself, "I shall earn so much money in the future that I will shop in this place as if it were a night market."
Ok la, that was a bit of hiperbole in that sentence.
Walked to Lot 10 to shop.
Then to Sg. Wang to get photos. Saw a whole gang of librarians from my form, Chui San, Seow Teng, Sook Mun and her sister, Yuen Mun and 2 other guys. But I pretended to not see them (ok that excuse was lame)...
I'm sure you've heard of J.Co.
What?! You never heard of it?? *sighs and slaps forehead*
I was queuing up to buy J.Co donuts in The Pavilion. The 3rd line, outside the shop!
See... so many people queuing to buy donuts.
There must be a reason why so many people are willing to queue just to eat donuts.
So we got stuck like tuna fishes in a can, and waited...
And waited...
And waited...
For an hour. Mr. Sean would roll his eyes if I told him, "Sir, I queued up for an hour to eat J.Co donuts!"
You can't imagine how happy and excited I was when I'm just one step away from placing my order.
Unfortunately, the girl in front me said, "Give me 2 dozens of original, and 2 dozens of mix."
What?! 2 dozens?! Then what would be left for me??
Thankfully, the bakers were quick enough to prepare the strawberry, cappuchino, chocolate and tiramisu flavour ones. One hour was worth it after all.
We were both worn out after an hour of standing... we went for sushi.
Shin recommended this when I first dined in Sushi King. You've just gotta try this.
Met up with Yu Seng, who prefers to be known as Chester, in Borders. Then Jason.
It was so funny I couldn't help but laugh when the 2 guys introduced themselves to each other. Because it was like my dad and his clients, which looks very respectable and formal.
But when Yu Seng, no, Chester and Jason shook hands... it was so different from the way dad and his clients did the hand-shaking.
Yet again, you can't expect teenage guys behaving the way adults do so...
Forget about it.
Right, so I spent my whole fortune on books.
Yes, Galaxie magazine.
'The Lovely Bones' by Alice Sebold and 'Nineteen Minutes' by Jodi Picoult.
Actually I thought of buying 'The Pact' by Jodi Picoult. But since the cheaper edition of 'Nineteen Minutes' was out, I just have to buy it before someone else does.
Plus, Philix has the 'The Pact'. If he doesn't mind, I could borrow it from him.
Anyway...
The pinks are strawberry; the one with yellow cream in the middle is banana; the one one is tiramisu; the one with love shapes is cappucino; the black one is chocolate (bitter chocolate).
I don't think Homer Simpson can resist this.
One modicum of it is capable of sending me to the highest level of firmament.
*Burps* Excuse me. Pardon my manners.
Want a piece??
Go queue up for an hour like I did.
Half a dozen + taxes = RM 10.
P/S: I joined a competition recently, 'Word Up Competition'. There are 3 categories, jokes writing, short story writing and quotes writing. Click this for further information.
P/S/S: Philix, Hui Chi, Sally Ann, you guys should take part in the competition.
